manual has recently (1999) been reviewed, updated and extended jointly
by BRMA and the Rubber and Plastics Research Association (RAPRA
Technology Ltd.).
It is a very comprehensive book with some 450 pages of concise and
practical information on the toxicity and safe handling of the vast
majority of substances used in the rubber industry. Copies have been
purchased by many organisations world-wide and it is the acknowledged
authoritative work for the rubber industry.
